Paz Torras closed the acquisition of the productive unit of Spain-based textile chain System Action
We have advised Paz Torras, Spain-based clothing manufacturer, in the closing of the acquisition of the productive unit of the Spanish textile chain System Action.
System Action was in the process of liquidation, after going through a bankruptcy proceedings with a liability of almost five million euros. Paz Torras bought the brand and will now develop a short-term growth plan, which includes the opening of three outlets and the promotion of the online channel.
System Action will maintain 90% of the workforce, product image and local production.
