Experts say the reform of the Bankruptcy Law is positive but predict future improvements

The CEC organised a round table discussion entitled 'Valuations on the reform of the insolvency law from the perspective of professionals and entrepreneurs' and analysed the case of Celsa.

Experts and professionals have expressed their opinion that the reform of the Insolvency Law has been positive for the sector and has brought about a paradigm shift, but have predicted future improvements.

Josep Pujolràs, Restructuring Partner at RocaJunyent, participated in this meeting in which he made "a positive assessment with nuances" and predicted progress in the future, such as greater involvement of creditor funds in the management of the company.
