We have advised Julià Travel, a Spain-based company controlled by Grupo Julià, in the acquisition of 51% of This Is Med, also based in Spain, for an undisclosed consideration.

The sellers are two individuals whose identity was not disclosed either.

This Is Med, based in Barcelona, is engaged in the organization of nautical activities and experiences.
