Grupo Julià, City Sightseeing and Stagecoach Group join forces in London

We advised London City Tour, a British subsidiary of Grupo Julià, and the also British companies City Sightseeing and Stagecoach Group, in the creation of a joint venture. 

With the aim of achieving the leadership of tourist bus routes in London, the joint venture is called Crown Sightseeing and will be dedicated to the management and operation of different tourist bus licenses in the city of London.
