InHouse Digital finalises acquisition of Pragma Informática

RocaJunyent has advised InHouse Digital UAB, a Lithuanian software development company, on the acquisition of 100% of Pragma Informática, a software company specialising in technological services for enterprises in the real estate sector that has been in business for more than thirty years.

The operation has been led by Santi Pagès and Lourdes Amigó de Bonet, partner and senior associate in M&A and Corporate, and is part of the inorganic growth strategy that Inhouse is developing at European level.
