London City Tour, City Sightseeing and Stagecoach Group create joint venture

We have advised London City Tour, a UK-based subsidiary of Grupo Julià, and City Sightseeing and Stagecoach Group, also based in the UK, creating a joint venture. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Specifically, the joint venture is called Crown Sightseeing and will be engaged in the management and operation of various sightseeing bus licenses in the city of London.
