Masergrup acquires Vermuts Miró

We advised Masergrup, a company controlled by the Martínez Serra family, in the acquisition process of Spain-based Vermuts Miró from the Miró Prats family. The deal value was not disclosed.  

Vermuts Miró, based in Reus, Catalonia, is a vermouth producer.  Masergrup carried out the transaction to boost the relaunching of the brand.
