Palex Medical acquires Rafer

We have advised Palex Medical, a Spain-based provider of hospital services controlled by the private equity firm Ergon Capital Partners, in the acquisition of Spain-based Rafer for an undisclosed consideration.

Rafer, based in Zaragoza, is engaged in the marketing of reagents and instrumentation for laboratories.
