Patrizia Immobilien acquires residential building in Barcelona

Patrizia Immobilien, a Germany-based real estate investment firm, acquired a residential building in Barcelona from Mimeisa Asset Management for EUR 34.

Specifically, it is a new building located in the 22@ district. The property has a total building area of 7,054 m2, seven floors high and has 59 homes, 66 parking spaces and 30 storage rooms.
