Biography and experience
Esther has extensive experience in real estate and urban planning law, specifically in all legal aspects related to real estate investment (purchase and sale of real estate, land acquisition, purchase and sale of portfolios, sale and lease-back); property leasing, review and regularisation of the legal status of real estate assets, urban development, construction and real estate development.
She has experience in shopping centres, prime retail locations, cultural facilities, office buildings, hotels, logistics-industrial plants, food and sports centres.
She mainly works for real estate companies, developers, construction companies, financial and investment institutions, industrial companies, commercial operators and family offices. She is a lecturer in the Department of Business Organisation at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and a member of the association Women in Real Estate Spain (WIRES).
Esther speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
