Xavier Serramalera and Esther Boix , partner and senior associate of the Real Estate Law Department, respectively, have advised on the leasing operation of the Weekday flagship. It is the first physical urban fashion store of the Swedish group H&M in Spain that stands out for its denim and sustainable products (organic and recycled fabric).
