Pharma Finantial Foods sells 100% of Pharmafoods and Nutrifoods

We have advised Pharma Finantial Foods, a Spain-based holding, in the sale of 100% of Pharmafoods and Nutrifoods. The deal value and the identity of the buyer were not disclosed.

Pharmafoods, based in Terrassa, is engaged in the distribution and marketing of raw materials for the dietary, food supplements, food and veterinary sectors.

Nutrifoods, based in Llié de Vall, is also engaged in the distribution of raw materials for the dietary, food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic sectors.
