Revest Capital, an Australia-based holding, acquired 20% of Hong Kong-based Smartvisit Holdings from Julià Iventure Holding, a company controlled by Grupo Julià. The deal value was not disclosed.
Smartvisit Holdings is engaged in the issuing and management of tourist cards.
