RocaJunyent advises Avendra International on the acquisition of Quantum

Our partner Xavier Costa led RocaJunyent's advisory team to Avendra International (Aramark) on the acquisition of Quantum, the renowned procurement services provider for the hospitality sector, which was previously owned by Grupo Catalonia.

This operation is of great strategic importance, as Quantum is a key group purchasing organisation that serves over 2,000 establishments in the hospitality sector. With this acquisition, Avendra International significantly strengthens its procurement capabilities and expands its presence in Spain and Europe.
