RocaJunyent advises on the expansion of XTA throughout Catalonia

RocaJunyent has advised on the sale of the Catalan firm Xarxes de Telecomunicacions Alternatives (XTA) to the infrastructure fund Asterion Industrial Partners.

Asterion will invest up to €100 million with the aim of expanding XTA's services throughout Catalonia and further strengthening its presence in the fibre optic business.

XTA was born in 2009 and has more than 14,500 customers. In 2022, it closed with a turnover of more than 8 million euros, 18% higher than the previous year.
