Erik Martín Marcos
Biography and Experience
Erik holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (2004) and a postgraduate degree from the Universidad Pompeu Fabra (2006).
As a lawyer specialising in M&A, he has more than 20 years of experience advising Spanish and international companies, private equity funds and industrial groups on their business in Spain. He has participated in all types of M&A transactions in multiple sectors, both investment and divestment, as well as in structured investment operations in real estate assets and development of investment projects in the cultural and sports sector of international scope.
He shares his regular practice with advising in the technology field, where he has been recognised in various international rankings, including the prestigious Chambers&Partners Europe Guide.
