
RocaJunyent advises Rockstone Real Estate, Be Grand and Admara on the trading of a building in Chamberí
Rockstone Real Estate, Be Grand and Admara have closed their second transaction in Spain with the acquisition of a residential building in Madrid.
The purchase of the property, in the sought-after district of Chamberí, has been closed for a total of 17 million euros, plus an additional 13 million euros for the construction and refurbishment of the building.
Silvia López Jiménez, partner of the Real Estate Law Department and lawyer Carlos Gómez-Albo have advised on the transaction.
