Truck Parking Network acquires the leading parking services company C4T France

Overview

RocaJunyent has advised Truck Parking Network, a vehicle formed by Grupo Padrosa and the Portuguese fund TIIC, on the acquisition of the French company C4T France, a leading parking services company in France. This site will be complemented by a second car park currently under development in Italy.

The operation has been led by partner Santi Pagès and senior associate Lourdes Amigó de Bonet.
