Victory for Anetra: the TACRC upholds the appeal against Renfe's tender for the establishment of a bus company

Our Public Law team has advised Anetra on the appeal lodged against the tender process launched by Renfe for the creation of a bus company intended to provide alternative road transport services.

The Central Administrative Court for Contractual Appeals (TACRC) has upheld the appeal lodged by Anetra, as well as that lodged by FENADISMER in the same proceedings, concluding that the contested clauses were not in accordance with the law. Consequently, the Court has ordered the annulment of those clauses and the reversal of the tender procedure, confirming the irregularities reported by the sector's main representative organisations.
