Biography and experience
Albert specialises in administrative law and advises both public and private sector clients on a wide variety of matters within this area.
He has outstanding experience in public procurement, including advising on award procedures and filing appeals before contracting and contentious-administrative tribunals.
He is a lecturer in Administrative Law in the Bachelor’s Degree in Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).
He holds an LL.M. in European Union Law (cum laude) from the Maastricht University.
