Together with the consultancy Athenea Healthcare Group, we have advised MEDSIR in its strategic alliance with Oncoclínicas, backed by its controlling shareholder Goldman Sachs, enters in MEDSIR's shareholding with 49% to reinforce its international expansion.

MEDSIR is an international independent oncology research company based in Barcelona.

Oncoclinicas is a leading Brazilian group specialised in the treatment of oncology patients in Brazil and Latin America.
