Biography and experience
Alex specialises in corporate tax advice and planning. He has extensive experience in accompanying national business groups under the tax consolidation regime, as well as multinational companies, and in the planning of processes related to the restructuring and sale of business groups.
He represents both companies and individuals before the tax authorities in tax inspection proceedings.
He is a member of the Standing Committee on Tax Law of the Association of Economists of Catalonia and, in the academic field, he is a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Taxation at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC).
Alex speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
