Carla Munt Feixas
Biography and experience
Carla has extensive experience in corporate law and M&A. She has extensive knowledge and experience advising companies and organisations in corporate and commercial matters, business collaboration agreements in various sectors and industries, as well as in restructuring operations and mergers and acquisitions, most of them with an international component.
Carla regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies from different sectors in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, as well as on drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements. She is vice-secretary non-director of the board of directors of national and international companies, advising them on corporate and contractual law.
Carla is a member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
She holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from ESADE Business & Law School.
Carla speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
