RocaJunyent advises Gual Steel on the sale to Acinesgon

RocaJunyent 's M&A and Corporate Department has advised Gual Steel, a company specialising in the distribution of stainless steel products, on its sale to Acinesgon, which has acquired 100% of the company. The latter is committed to maintaining the workforce and the brand and will move its headquarters to Artés, where Gual Steel has its facilities.
