Biography and experience
Cloe has more than twenty years of experience in providing legal advice to Spanish and foreign multinationals on M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and commercial law (contractual and corporate).
She specialises in complex cross-border transactions, partner agreements, joint-ventures, integrations and incentive schemes, advising both companies and institutional investors. In addition, she holds the position of secretary of the board of directors of several companies.
Throughout her career, she has held various leadership positions in key markets: she led the Spanish legal desk at Donahue & Partners LLP in New York for more than six years and led Deloitte’s legal desk in the UK (2016-2018). She has also been a member of Deloitte Legal’s Global Executive Board for several mandates.
She is admitted to practice as a foreign legal advisor in the State of New York.
Cloe speaks English, French, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.
