Biography and experience
David has a solid track record as a lawyer specialising in Public Law and, in particular, in Regulatory Law, with nearly 20 years of experience advising large national and international companies. His practice includes sectors such as energy, environment, public procurement, defence, transportation, food and foreign investment.
In addition to participating in administrative procedures (authorisations, sanctions, etc.) and contentious-administrative proceedings, he also collaborates from the regulatory perspective in M&A transactions, financing, due diligence, as well as in highly complex international projects. He is a regular member of multidisciplinary teams and has led multijurisdictional operations, providing a strategic and transversal vision.
He has intervened in key matters related to regulatory changes in renewable energy, industrial emissions, packaging regulations, contracts in the railway sector and the sale and purchase of companies in the defence sector.
He holds a Master's Degree in Energy Business and Law.
