Biography and experience
Elena is a specialist in European Union law and competition law. She collaborates on a daily basis with the area partner, acting in several matters including sanctioning procedures for practices contrary to competition law, advice on state aid, or judicial proceedings before both national and European Union authorities. She has participated in the drafting and elaboration of several appeals before the Court of Justice of the EU, as well as in several sanctioning procedures before the EU institutions.
In the teaching field, she has been Coach of the San Pablo CEU University team in the Moot Court AEDEUR on European Union Law (2021-22).
Graduated in European Union Law.
Elena speaks English, French and Spanish.
