Biography and experience
She specialises in commercial law and M&A, focusing her practice on company and business acquisitions, investment rounds and capital increases, corporate restructuring, as well as providing ongoing commercial advice on corporate and contractual matters.
She holds a double Masters degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE).
