Biography and experience
With a solid track record in advising insurance companies, Eva Lucía is in charge of the extrajudicial management and legal management of proceedings arising from claims related to traffic accidents, both in the civil, criminal and contentious-administrative fields (legal defence, civil liability and collections).
She represents Mutua Madrileña Automovilista in court in matters related to traffic law. She also assumes the legal management of declaratory and executive proceedings on behalf of ABANCA Corporación Bancaria.
