
Biography and experience
Eva María focuses her professional practice in the field of Banking Law, managing and directing all types of legal proceedings with personal and real guarantees, bills of exchange, cheques and promissory notes, judicial titles and others arising from banking contracts.
In the field of insolvency law, he carries out the tasks of communication of claims in insolvency proceedings where financial institutions have debts, as well as the exhaustive monitoring and control of insolvency proceedings in defence of the interests of financial institutions, insolvency liquidations, advice in the agreement and liquidation phase and asset sales.
In the area of Personal Data Protection, he advises companies on compliance with the LOPD, as well as preparing all the acts and drafting the documents required by law.
She is a member of the Banking Law Association.
Eva María was admitted to the Judicial Career in the period 2001-2005, later on, she attended a seminar of the Executive Programme at Harvard Business School, as well as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) course.
Eva María speaks Spanish and French.
