José Antonio Segura Prieto

José Antonio has extensive experience advising national and international companies, financial institutions, investment funds, public-law corporations and listed companies.

He has advised public administrations and public-law corporations on the drafting of legal opinions, the negotiation of inter-administrative agreements and matters relating to the civil service.

He has also advised multinational companies on administrative matters, including administrative litigation and contentious-administrative proceedings, financial liability proceedings, public procurement, disciplinary proceedings, subsidies and State aid.

In the civil sphere, he has advised on a wide range of disputes in contractual and non-contractual matters arising from a multitude of sectors, including finance and banking, real estate, engineering, projects and construction, infrastructure, liability for construction defects, energy, automotive, transport and commercial distribution, amongst others.

In the academic sphere, he teaches as an Associate Professor of Administrative Law at a higher education institution specialising in Law and Economics.
