Her career also includes a distinguished track record in the field of venture capital, advising both companies and investors. Her practice encompasses M&A transactions and corporate reorganisations.
Associate Lecturer in Commercial Law on the Bachelor’s Degree in Law and the Master’s Degree in Law leading to admission to the bar at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF) in Barcelona.
She holds a Master’s Degree in German and European Law (LL.M.) from the University of Heidelberg, Germany.
