European regulation on the digital operational resilience of the financial sector (“DORA”)

The new Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 December 2022 on the digital operational resilience of the financial sector, better known as "DORA", updates and manages the information and communication technology risk requirements across the EU financial sector in a consistent manner, so that it is able to maintain its resilience in the event of an operational disruption.
