Transparency key to a data-driven society

The first time that Spain enacted a law so that people would decide on the use of their personal information was in 1992 so-called LORTAD. We could say that the right to data protection is a millennial right.
Teresa Pereyra, head of the Data Protection and Information Technology area publishes an opinion article in Invertia (El Español) regarding the importance of transparency in a society where data is a major player.
