RocaJunyent participates in the book ‘Procedural modalities: protection of fundamental rights and collective processes (conflicts, agreements)’.

Our labour law partner, Alberto Novoa, and senior associate, Rubén González, have published the book ‘Modalidades procesales: tutela de derechos fundamentales y procesos de índole colectiva (conflictos, convenios)’.

This work, which forms part of the collection Los Diez Esenciales de Aranzadi sobre el Proceso Laboral (book number 5), offers a detailed explanation of the essential aspects of each procedure, deals with specific situations and compiles ordinary and constitutional case law to complete any regulatory analysis. The collection is coordinated by Antonio V. Sempere Navarro and is a joint project between ASNALA and Aranzadi.
