Albert Martínez Rodríguez
Biography and experience
Albert has experience in various areas of employment and social security law, providing ongoing legal advice to companies, organisations and corporations.
He specialises in collective bargaining and restructuring processes. He also has significant experience as a litigator, having appeared before the labour courts in both individual and collective cases.
He has experience in preventive and pre-litigation advice on labour law and social security matters, as well as in proceedings before the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate.
Albert is a member of the Labour Law Committee of the Girona Bar Association and has been appointed by the FOEG (Federation of Business Organisations of Girona) as a conciliator and mediator at the Labour Court of Catalonia on behalf of Foment del Treball Nacional.
Albert speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
