We advised Dexis Ibérica, a Spanish subsidiary of the International Descours & Cabaud Group, in the acquisition of the Spanish company Equipos laborales PROA, SL, an Asturian company with more than 20 years of experience in the design, manufacture and marketing of equipment of Individual protection (EPIS).
