Biography and experience
Xavier holds a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has obtained a Master of Laws from the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and a Master's in Tax Law from ESADE.
He has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructurings, distribution contracts, outsourcing, financing, and competition defence, representing both Spanish and multinational clients.
Xavier speaks English, French, Spanish, and Catalan.
