Risk Group acquires 51% of ERSM Insurance Brokers, a subsidiary of Crèdit Andorrà

We have advised Risk Group on the acquisition of the 51% it did not yet own of ERSM Insurance Brokers, the insurance subsidiary of Crèdit Andorrà Financial Group. In this way, Risk Group has managed to obtain 100% of the corporation.

The operation has been led by our partners Xavier Altirriba and Jordi Guarch and our senior associates Juan Cuenca and Enric Montagut.
