EIT KIC Urban Mobility acquires stake in Libelium
Advising EIT KIC Urban Mobility, S.L., a minority investor in the start-up Hopu, on the acquisition of shares in Libelium following the sale of Hopu to the company. The transaction was led by Xavier Costa and Carla Munt.
HOPU, a company founded in Ceutí in 2014, is a leader in innovation in Internet of Things (IoT) and smart city solutions. And Libelium is a Spanish technology company, founded in Zaragoza in 2006, which designs and manufactures wireless sensor network devices.
