Sinch completes acquisition of SAP Digital Interconnect

Sinch, a Sweden-based cloud communications company for mobile customer engagement, completed the acquisition of the SAP Digital Interconnect unit from SAP. The deal value was USD 250m.

SAP Digital Interconnect offers cloud communications services and serves more than 1,500 enterprise customers worldwide. Headquartered in San Ramon, California, the business has about 330 employees in 20 countries.
