Biography and experience
Francesc has experience in advising individuals, companies and public administrations. In the latter field, he is a specialist in urban planning, management and urban discipline, as well as in expropriations.
Moreover, he has experience in advising professional associations and their General Councils.
He is also specialized in reviewing the cadastral assessments before the Land Registry Management and economic-administrative courts.
He intervenes in the legal defense of individuals, companies and public administrations before any contentious-administrative court.
