Gracia Llàcer Muñoz

She specializes in civil law and civil procedure, and has served as a judge from 2000 to 2006 —in the civil, criminal and labor jurisdiction.

She has extensive experience in construction law and real estate law, contractual and extra-contractual liability, insurance law, commercial contracts, corporate law, industrial and intellectual property, advertising law, inheritance law, urban leases, as well as in arbitration proceedings and judicial, including extraordinary appeals and redress applications. She was an associate professor of constitutional law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona from 1995 to 2001.
