Guillermo Iglesias Juárez

Guillermo specialises in commercial and corporate law, with solid experience in M&A, capital markets and financing. He regularly works with investment funds, listed companies and companies in the energy sector, participating in complex acquisitions, financing and corporate governance transactions.

He holds a Master’s Degree in M&A from IE (2024) and is an expert in Corporate Governance from UAM.
