Biography and experience
Susana has a wealth of experience defending and representing clients in all kinds of tax proceedings, especially those involving the tax inspection authorities, as well as in tax disputes and litigation. She lodges and pursues claims and appeals through administrative channels —appeals for reconsideration and appeals before the tax appeal board— and through the courts (administrative law courts, High Courts of Justice, National High Court, Supreme Court and Constitutional Court).
She is a regular contributor to the FISCALPRO magazine (Lefebvre - El Derecho, S.A.).
Susana speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
