Carlos Cabeza de Vaca Aldanondo

Carlos specialises in commercial law and, more specifically, in the areas of M&A (domestic and cross-border) and in the creation and development of start-ups.

He advises companies in the technology, real estate and consumer sectors, in which he has served and continues to serve as secretary of the governing bodies.

He coordinates the activity of foreign law firms in international matters affecting companies with transnational interests, mainly in Europe and America.

He holds an Executive MBA from IESE studied in Madrid, Barcelona, New York and Shanghai.
