Biography and experience
Joaquim has wide experience in the field of tax litigation, defending the interests of taxpayers (companies and individuals) in conflicts with the tax administration in all types of taxes and procedures.
He carries out this defense both in tax procedures (tax verifications, civil liability declaration proceedings, procedure for the declaration of subsidiary liability, crimes against the Public Treasury –DCHP-) and by means of appeals, including the challenging of the entries and records of the tax administration.
Joaquim is a member of the "Group of Experts on Taxpayers' Rights and Guarantees and Tax Practice" of AEDAF (Spanish Association of Tax Advisors)
Joaquim speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.
