
Elisenda Perelló Calvet
Biography and experience
Elisenda has extensive experience advising companies and individuals on a wide range of matters relating to intellectual property, including copyright, trade marks, trade names, industrial designs, patents, utility models, software, know-how, trade secrets, domain names, unfair competition, advertising and image rights.
She specialises in contractual matters, with extensive expertise in drafting and negotiating licence agreements, agreements for the assignment and transfer of rights, professional services contracts, collaboration and distribution agreements, contracts for commissioned work, sponsorship agreements and contracts with content creators, amongst others.
She has a solid track record in the protection, management and defence of distinctive signs, advising clients on administrative proceedings before the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office (SPTO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and in devising strategies for the protection of intellectual property assets.
She is also involved in legal proceedings and pre-litigation matters relating to the protection and defence of intellectual property rights, unfair competition and contractual disputes.
She is an Associate Professor in the Master’s Degree in Specialisation in New Technologies and Intellectual Property at ESADE (Ramon Llull University).
