The star topic in the legal world this summer will be the approval of the Law reforming the revised text of the Insolvency Law.

The reform project is ambitious and aims to develop in Spain the appropriate legal framework to give full applicability to European Union regulations on restructuring and insolvency. One of the most controversial new features of the insolvency reform is the introduction of a special procedure for micro-enterprises. An article by Lucía Villamor for Cinco Días.
