Carles Merino Vives

Carles is specialized in Public Law and Urban Planning. He has extensive experience in advising individuals, national and international companies and public administrations in the fields of urban planning, urban development, permits, public domain and land use, as well as in the field of urban planning discipline.

He has defended the interests of public and private entities in sanctioning procedures, administrative procedures, and in judicial proceedings before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction. Participating in multiple real estate and corporate transactions, reviewing aspects of urban planning law and permits.

He holds a Postgraduate degree in Urban Law at the Rovira i Virgili University (2022-2023).

Carles speaks English, French, Spanish and Catalan.
